Instructions

Whilst there is no real right or wrong way to enjoy these drinks, we suggest the following:

  1. Each recipe is based on a 12-ounce glass of water. You can obviously use more or less water if you prefer a weaker or stronger flavour.
  2. It is a good idea to gently squeeze the fruits to get some of the juice into the water for added flavour.
  3. You can make larger quantities of each drink, but anything not drunk straight away should be kept in the fridge.
  4. All refrigerated detox water drinks should be consumed within 2 days to get optimum benefit.
  5. Feel free to eat the fruit once you have finished the drink.
  6. As an alternative, try putting everything in a blender instead. Delicious!
