Money Back Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

Due to the nature of digital products, the following terms & conditions must be met in order to qualify under our Money Back Guarantee. This is not just to protect ourselves from those that abuse refund policies and product creators.  It is also to allow those that buy our products enough time to commit to giving it their best effort before making a decision.

In order to obtain a refund under our Money Back Guarantee you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Send an email requesting a refund from the email address given when ordering our products.
  2. Provide photographic proof that you followed the program for 30 days.
  3. Submit your request no sooner than 30 days from purchase, and no longer than 60 days from purchase. Requests for refunds outside of these timescales will not be valid.

Provided you meet all of the above conditions for a refund, please send your request to contact@primepast40.com.  If you qualify, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not meet the conditions on this page, you will not qualify for a refund.

Please note, under no circumstances will refunds be given because:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing one of our digital products, or because you read through the material and decided not to follow the program. This is not fair to us or to anyone else.
  • You mistook the digital products for hardcover or softcover books.  It is clearly stated and demonstrated on our sales pages that they are digital products only.
